Karin, who is a fitness model with a number of accreditation including one from the UK, is building on to her portfolio. She is a real trooper and braved the chilly wind and the cold Atlantic sea. We spent a good 3 hours getting a large variety of sets from a number of nearby locations.

We managed to get together this past Monday evening at a Church hall (big thanks to Mike Crockett for arranging that). First off, I must thank Laura and Brad for being such great sports and I enjoyed hearing about your stories from you time in Taiwan. Its always a joy working with friendly and fun people.
