Trash The Dress : Tasquia + Mohammed : Cape Town
May 10th, 2009 | Published in Photography, Wedding Photography, Wreck The Rok (Trash The Dress) & Day After | 13 Comments
Tasquia contacted me the day after Top Billing aired a segment about Trash The Dress, to make a booking for her session. Even though they’ve been married for two years now, they saw this as a perfect opportunity to haul out the wedding dress and have some fun!
On this shoot, we were joined by my wedding assistant/2nd shooter Bernard and videographer extraordinaire, Mark from GooseBump Productions, to get in on the fun and action.
I must again thank Tasquia and Mohammed for being so enthusiastic, which helped us create awesome moments and have fun doing it!
Oh, coincidentally, you can catch Tasquia on this weeks broadcast of Top Billing; where she’s a model for the Princess Project charity. ![]()

Man, you’re fast with the post production! Cool shot with them in the whitewash kissing! I also like the shot taken of her in his arms directly from the top! Great use of off camera flash… What are you using? Just 580′s? Softbox?

Those poor fishermen didnt know what was going on… nice work Mitch. I must say the couple where very brave. Those waves were so powerful they were actually throwing small boulders around and I got hit by a few, so I am sure they were being pummelled. Great sports!
