Webersburg: Photographers Get Together

On Tuesday, a couple of Cape Town local wedding photographers got together. The meet-up was the efforts of Jean-Pierre Uys and Christine Meintjies. The idea was to hang-out, get to know each other, chat……and take pictures. The guys & gals were so awesome; friendly, funny and talented!
Webersburg is a premium wine estate in the Stellenbosch winelands. They have 5-star wedding & event facilities with top class catering!
We were blessed to be treated to a number of yummy servings prepared by their top chef…to photography 
It was tough to focus on the photography while our tummies grumbled…but we made!
We then headed to their reception venue for a chance to share ideas on reception lighting and photography in general.

Hey Mitch. Lovely images. Love the way you cropped your food shots. Also some great dance shots. I learned alot from you! Would love to chat more and do more shoots with off camera flash!

Hi Mitch! The food on these shots look so good! It makes me hungry! I love your angles and cropping! I can’t choose my favourite food one, because they are really great! Of the dancing ones my favourite is the first one. The light is really good and I love the way Melody is smiling!
