Sabastiaan (Tiaan) & Sonje booked me from Johannesburg in December 2008.  It seemed like ages since then, but we finally got to met up for coffee just days before their wedding.  It’s always difficult to determine peoples personalities over email and phone, so I catching up to speed over coffee was a perfect opportunity to discuss their wedding, where I came left really loving Sonje and Tiaan’s warm and friendly personalities.

Their wedding day arrived on a gloriously warm and sunny day following a week of some really windy days.  I headed to Stellenbosch to meet up with the two bridal party’s to shoot their preparations, before heading to the Stellenbosch United Church, where the ceremony was to be held. The reception was held at Kanu.

Thank you Sonje and Tiaan for inviting me to shared in your special day and for being such awesome people to work with…you were complete rock stars!
